Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Note: Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We may offer a replacement product or other resolution subject to approval. To request a replacement:
• Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• Wait for approval before returning any products.
Once approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
• Your order number.
• We will work quickly to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund when applicable.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

• Your order number.
• The reason for return or dissatisfaction.
2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions from our team.
3. Package the items securely in their original packaging.
4. Ship the items back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
